I've never been to a gym, I've never had to lose weight or anything as I'm naturally slim. I am very unfit though so I should probably go but I'm really lazy.
Don't have money for a gym. I just ride my bike everywhere, which has worked for the most part of my weight loss.
I go ten times a week. The first four times are chest exercises. I bench 680lbs and reps don't matter I keep going until the doctors stop me. The last six times I run a treadmill on full speed backwards listening to "Mr. Roboto".
