I wouldn't set a standard. My sister was preggo @ 14 and had her baby when she was 15. We all took on a responsibility and there were tough times but now my niece is a beautiful girl now at 12 years. Now we just need to get the idea that Justin Beiber is cool out her head. It will come with age...
I think it's just powdered Rogaine that is coming out of his dog tag so his hair can stay the way it is.
HAHA I love all of the replies to this post. Back to the topic, I think there are some people who are really passionate about having children who do not give it enough thought before deciding to have kids. For me at least, I am going to think about whether I can financial support my kid till college.
To answer the original question: when you're not ready to. Honestly, you can be 12 (please don't) or 85 (erm...), but as long as you have the support and maturity for it - it's a personal choice, in my opinion. Mistakes and accidents happen, sure, but I'm referring to those who willingly and intentionally want a baby. *shrug*
Its a personal thing, but i dont think anyone is truly read until they are 18, If an accident happens you can learn to Mature fast.
Jay I hope your doing a good job taking care of Mia. Sarah got pissed yesterday cause you forgot to bring her home a damn chocolate Frosty from Wendy's after working your 12 hour shift at the candy cane factory. Shame on you. Do we need to call Minus Protective Services and put Mia up for adoption so Ree can have her? ¬.¬ --RS
... right now in my class there is a girl thats just 16! she is pregnant i personally think thats way too young... not only because its bad for your health if you cant handle it and your body is still growin but also because kids on that age can never be done with school yet etc and most of the time it can cause lots of trouble! but anyway, still their own decision ... sometimes not.. yeah i know, we all do i think the age around 22-25 is good to get a baby and just be sure you have finished school, your study and that you got a job so you can pay things for the child and not have to ask your parents lol i think thats kinda childish but then again it depends on what kind of situation you are in
