ATS is rock. Arrest me I'm not a huge rock music fan tbh. LP should be #1 *runs away from this thread*

Umm...2010-2008 = 2 years.... Why is a 2008 album being accounted for 2010? I don't care if it sold trillions...pretty sure a Bon Jovi album from 1987 has sold more than ATS this year too but you don't see that up there. and not that I like them, but not even MCR? What kind of list is this? Shocker, those kids must be pulling their hair out. I would have expected them in the top 5. What the hell is a Them Crooked Vultures?! Sounds more like a rap title than a rock band. --RS
Them Crooked Vultures is a supergroup trio consisting of Josh Homme from Queens of the Stone Age, Dave Grohl from Foo Fighters, and John Paul Jones from Led Zeppelin. Their debut album, which actually came out in 2009, is actually REALLY good.
Not 'Album of the Year', Best Selling (rock) Album of the Year. It didn't necessarily have to be released in 2010, because it moved more copies than any other rock album did this year, it tops the charts. Which is very impressive, artistic merits of the band aside.
Not true, hip-hop doesn't really sell that well either. It's all about the pop shit I suppose. Why do people keep buying Nickleback albums? Isn't one album enough? Isn't one SONG enough? They sound the same anyway, I do not understand this at all.
