New LPA Tour Section Launched

We here at the LPAssociation are constantly looking to improve the site and after user feedback from our community, we are happy to announce our new Tour Section just in time for the North American leg of the Linkin Park World Tour.

We have implemented an intuitive navigation system that enables a user to either search for a show via the search bar, or select a show from the list of previous or upcoming dates. You may also like to scroll the World Map to find locations and shows, including Linkin Park, Dead By Sunrise & Fort Minor.

YOU, the users will now be able to send us images & videos from specific shows by using our uploader, which will present them as thumbnails on the show page, with full credit to you when viewed.

Each show will be updated with their set-list continuously, and you will be able to view them on the show page where applicable. We are working hard to update past and future set-lists as time goes, and want YOU, the LPA Community to help us make this a success!

We're actually working on updates to the rest of the site and might (keyword: might) utilize the design seen in the tour page .

Holy shit, you found the easter egg! We thought would take much longer! You win the internets, sir.

 

Yeah, I was going to add all the festival shows soon. It only takes a minute, just haven't got around to it yet.

 

Yep, slowly but surely. We're not stealing any lists from other sites so it can only be done if people submit them who went to the shows. Obviously we can work with DSP's and bootlegged recordings from before their time too, so we'll keep updating as we go. Obviously, we'll need our communities help too, so don't be shy to submit show details and media.

 

Yes, what Joe said is very important...we are doing this page without stealing our content from any other fan sites. We are depending on our visitors who attended these shows/own the bootlegs to update our set lists accordingly and help us flesh out the site properly. The LPA Tour page (much like our Wiki: http://wiki.lpassociation.com) is a fan operated project that relies on your (meaning the fans') submissions to keep it full of content and rich information.

So if you've gone to an LP show within the last 10 years or even this year, and have footage/images/setlists of it that you OWN and haven't exclusively licensed to another fan site, why not head on over and help us update?
