Im not saying they're the same by any means... just curious. Since Linkin Park is so deep for everyone, this thread would be fun. I know this is the hard part, but which song would be playing?
Wedding possibly, if it was a Linkin Park song that brought me and my girl together...but I don't think I'd be having LP played at my funeral.
I asked that question on facebook like a month ago!!!!! I am def having Chester perform The Messenger at my funeral! Just like he did at the concert, one acustic guitar and Chester singing. My DEAR friends already know to set this up the moment I die!! I dont know about my wedding, I have considered the same song but a lot of people think that it is too sad. I am sure I will have my first husband & wife dance to an LP song, esp if I marry the right guy , I just dont know which one yet. Any suggestions?!
being lucky to share a passion with someone, not necessarily bringing us together with a song. I know for sure Lp will be playing at my wedding.
Dang, our wedding(s) are/is going to be AWESOME!! Sharing the love for LP with someone is one the best things. You have a good day, you listen to LP, youre having a bad day, you listen to LP. And to find someone that knows exactly what youre talking about, well thats just rare! Gotta keep that person in your life!!
No wedding for me, but since I'm pretty sure I'll have a funeral I think I'd want to go out with Linkin Park I'm still waiting for that ultra depressing, very slow, over 5 min track with some amazing harmonies by Mike, Chester, and some live strings. THAT would be a worthy death track. Although it sucks that I wouldn't be able to hear it
I'm having Katy Perry play "Teenage Dream" in combination with Placebo's "Running Up That Hill" played at my wedding, but no LP. None of the songs fit the occasion for me, nor a wedding or a funeral.
Hopefully LP will put out more records before both of those events occur for me so I have more to choose from.
I would never, ever, EVER have a Linkin Park song played at my wedding. Ever. Funeral, probably not either.
