Just because it isn't mind blowingly epic doesn't mean it sucks. I actually enjoy its simplicity.

    Nice job, LP.

I definitely see what you mean. The stuff there besides the keyboard part wouldn't sound out of place in their music at the moment.

Can't say I agree, Not Alone >>>>>>>>>>>> This in my opinion, not just because of the presence of vocals

I think it´s ok. Not their best instrumental so far but I probably have to listen to it more than just once to start loving it. Btw I really like the ahhh, ohhh lyrics. I guess it´s Chester´s voice. You should donate as much as you can, whether you like it or not, that´s my opinion...

Really bland, but maybe that's how it's supposed to sound...? It just seems like they threw it together in 5 minutes.

I'm just going to piss off everyone who hates this track and say I hope the next album has a similar feel to this. Because I love this track and I do want the next album to sound like this.

Those who are dissing it for it's simplicity, aren't "getting" this track. It's not intended to be some grandiose production with thousands of layers (ala Robot Boy) and tons of things going on. If that was the case, this would have actual singing vocals...which it does not.

No instead, it's a very minimalistic track with tons of ambiance and atmosphere. Listening to it in earphones gives it a whole new feel, and I certainly agree with the comparisons to Kid A and Nine Inch Nails. A lot of people may never quite understand LP's goals with this track, but I do...and I love it. Great work LP.

I don't know, you say it's not a grandiose track like robot boy, but on first listen I found it to be quite reminiscent of robot boy... A calm intro (that some may think is repetitive) that builds up to a blissful climax. I feel that it's similar in very many different ways.

That being said, I loved this track as soon as I heard it. I guess it's because I listened to it on headphones right off the bat. It mesmerized me.

But I have to disagree, sure it'll be awesome if the new album has a song like this on it. But an album with only songs like this would be a regression for the band I think. They can do so much more when they have tracks that all sound different yet have a way that connects them sonically. Hell, I'll even go as far as to say that I want an ATS 2, no I don't want a carbon copy but I want an album that flows as good as ATS does, that has more of a linear story, (as opposed to the loose one on ATS) and I want the songs to be extremely experimental with sounds the band probably had to set themselves back with previously.

Like, a song that has a harmonica as the main instrument with Mike and Chester both singing. Or something like that. But a track like this one on it would be a welcome addition.
