@mikeshinodaclan have done a great job in summarizing the LPU chat that took place with Linkin Park drummer, Rob Bourdon today. Check out some highlights below and check out the full summary at mikeshinodaclan.com. It’s the remix version of Iridescent that they are using for the video, although they may use the original Iridescent also. He seemed unsure of what was going on until this afternoon when he would be shooting more of his scenes. The Iridescent video will include a performance. They have 3 or 4 set lists for the European tour, and Burning In The Skies will be included. To play ATS live he had to add 8/9 electronic pads to his drumkit. Faint is his favourite video shoot. The Little Things Give You Away is a favourite Linkin Park song of his. Check out the full summary at mikeshinodaclan.com Source: mikeshinodaclan.com
"He likes coconut water." Glad that Rob could give us more info on the video shoot and himself! And I hope Rob does play piano live; if he can overcome his shyness, he can motivate anyone with shyness!
The part about Dave Matthews Band made me think of the time Mike was on the Nerdist podcast. Or that podcast in general, even. It's funny if you know what I'm talking about.
I thought it was later today D; Awh, I really wanted to go to the Rob Chat too. Anyway, thanks Mike Shinoda Clan for summarizing what I missed.
Awesome That was a great LPU chat I really enjoyed listening to Rob, he is so handsome! The Chat wasn't that crazy like when mike is there or so.. I didn't ask to many questions, just one, and the rest of the chat i just listened to it
I think if The Little Things is one of Rob's favourite tracks, then he should speak up and they could incorporate it back into the live setlists! It's such an amazing song that should have been played more!
The remix version is better, shorter and less boring. One of the few good decisions by LP in the past few years. I hope they will release Wretches & Kings as single too.
According to VH1 India_ Are you a Coldplay fan? Too bad, 'coz a survey says that fans of the band are LEAST likely to have sex on a first date! Also if you're a fan of Linkin Park (Ouch!) & Kings Of Leon! But but, if you dig Nirvana, chances are high that you'll score on your first date! Feeling Yellow now?
I agree. I'm surprised they haven't been playing it, I think it fits in the ATS material better than most of their older stuff.
Lol no one but Hahn ever knows what's going on with these videos. I'll shit a golden egg if they find a way to do Robot Boy that isn't acapella.
