'The' Eminem Thread

Some songs are good while some are not my cup of tea. But I think Eminem has taken a step in the right direction after 'Recovery.'

 

- Too much screaming from Em. It seriously gets tiring.
- Too much double time rhyming from both. What is this? A contest of who can rap fast?
- Hated "Take From Me" and "Lighters". Sounded like Recovery leftovers.

Other than that it was alright. Nothing really blew me away.

 

I..................can't..stop....listening....to Lighters. Handyman was actually right. The versus are killer and....I kinda love the chorus. #Hatersgonnahate

 

Hater? I've been looking forward to this album for a while now. It's cool that you like but I'm just not feeling it.

 

Lol, it's completely fine that you don't like it . I probably shouldn't like it, and I don't want to, but I just do, haha.

It's definitely a thousand times better than "Love The Way You Lie" or any other song Em has done with a popular pop singer.

Lighters has grown on me and is still growing. Ems verse is pretty sick and the beat too.

I honestly can't wait for the EP. Fast Lane is a killer track. Eminem hasn't been this good since Marshall Mathers LP. He's back to his old self, with a little bit of a twist. Sure, Recovery was also great, but this is frekin amazing.

 

I've listened to the leak and it wasn't that great. Don't expect too much.

I'm not really sure what I want from Em, but I know that I want him to quit with the "I'm off drugs so now I'm a better person" message in every fucking song that he does nowadays. Can he make a song that doesn't say the word "drugs" or "dick" in it? I'd like to see him try.

 

My opinion on the dude. Like his stuff. Has talent. But still angry and bitching to the point it's becoming a turn off. He needs to go to a spa or something.
