I also noticed that he used a stock image from the Transformers promo, as Derek already pointed out. I don't wanna come off as a sore loser, but the whole thing wasn't carried out in a fair manner.

The winning cover is nice much like your current girlfriend is nice. Sure she looks good enough, but she has her flaws. And let's be completely honest: if you had to choose between her and Alison Brie, you wouldn't. She looks better, has loads of money, and let's be honest, she won't exactly be bitching about every little thing that you do wrong because she's a celebrity and just doesn't give a fuck.

I mean, seriously. If you're that pissed off about me eating the last cookie, just go buy some more! It's not that hard. Oh, don't give me that look. There's a reason I compared you to Alison Brie, and the whole cookie situation isn't helping your case on the 'appearance' and 'bitching' front. And God knows there'd still BE a cookie if you had made my sandwich correctly in the first place. When I say turkey on swiss, I'm not in the fucking mood for bologna. And you wonder why I don't let you out of the kitchen. Jesus Christ. Now maybe you'll understand why I cheat on you. At least SHE knows what a man wants, and that's a sandwich and a good reason to explain why I pulled a back muscle last night. And no, sleeping on the couch doesn't count. Well thats a kick in the teeth. He blatantly broke the rules and won with an image with just a few photoshop tweeks.

Regardless of breaking the rules or not though I don't think the cover goes well at all with Iridescent -the song. Don't get me wrong i do like the cover, but it just doesn't gel to me. Wrong front, wrong color... etc.

 

Drastic measures need to be taken. I say we track this cheater down and give him a vicious Wet Willie.

 

This needs to happen.

 

I think someone should bring this up in the next LPU chat or something. Surely their aware of the rules hes broken?

They shoud've picked 3 "covers" - front, back and inlay. These would be a great choice.

WOAH, those are amazing! I agree with Tyler, #3 cover looks awesome and the art is amazing on all three of these art covers! (via 1996_LP) I know, it does suck that this guy cheated and still won. Like Derek said, there's nothing we can do about it.

 

I'm so using the third image for the single artwork.

 

Those are some epic pieces of art... WTF happened? Any one of those would have been a better choice.
