Ghost Town Media, known for working on the special effects of Meeting of A Thousand Suns and recent Linkin Park music videos, have released the concert visuals that they worked on for the Transformers: Dark Of The Moon premier concert in Moscow, Russia. These pretty much work as alternate music videos. The Iridescent one is great with a lot more Transformers going on. Good stuff.
Also, seeing all the "alternate" LP logos (like the one in the Iridescent video) has caused me to want a shirt with them all on it.
While I would love to try (and I've been thinking about writing a dialogue free story that fits the album), my compositing skills are extremely lacking. I can barely manage to figure out motion tracking (which is almost literally placing two points somewhere and hitting render), nonetheless the heavily artistic work that Ghost Town is putting out. Petition Ghost Town to do it?
I know....Iridescent had a lot of cut scenes from the video shoot. I actually thought some of those shots should have been used in the actual music video.
Why don't we request the whole visuals performance at TRANSFORMERS DOTM PREMIERE? How cool is that.... :-D
