A week this Wednesday or September 21st, 2011. Currently I have 6 out of 12 entries so far. If I get them all before next week I'll post on the Orginal Post on how voting will work.
I'll probably write-submit mine either next Tuesday night or next Wednesday morning. I'm sort of busy, which is a weird thing for me.

I think the entries should maybe be listed with letters instead of numbers, or vice versa. Otherwise the voting might get confusing when you're numbering numbers.
I believe you have a VERY good point Dean. I'll switch the ballot to your suggested format. Thanks a lot for the idea!
Yes, I'll be posting the theme first and then the entry. No one will know who wrote the theme or the entry until after voting is over and I update the who did what.
I say when it comes time to vote, be sure to spam errr... I mean ask people nicely to come and vote...
