i like the title because of its upbeat hint to it. id like some heavier songs. i also would be interested to see if by being more open to the music (i believe one of the members mentioned how anal they were for ats but that this time around theyre not going to stop a song just cause it sounds a certain way), they might allow maybe a more raw sound into it. i really liked the rawness of linkin park back in the ht days. would like to see some of that come back (not neccesarily numetal altho id love a hint of that - just some of that first album feel ya know).

I'm really looking forward to this album's "making of" dvd. Those are always my favorite aspects of new albums.

My last job was over off of 360/30/Lamar Blvd at Hawthorn Suites doing security.

"Pop" does not sound like anything. Pop can be anything. If Pop was a specific sound, pop music today would not sound so different from pop in the 60s and 70s. A country song can also be a pop song. A nu-metal song can also be a pop song.

Edit: I've used the word pop so many fucking times I feel like I am in fact going to pop.

I won't argue, as you and me have already done this on LPL before.

I just can't wait for this single!

    The clarity of DTS audio...

Linkin Park REALLY needs to release their entire catalog in this format, especially ATS *skeet skeet*

Using the original masters of course, not doing what Metallica did with the black album and simply making it louder w/ no change in Dynamic Range -_-

something interesting i have to point out...after Somewhere I Belong was played on the radio here, the DJ was sayin something like "Linkin Park say they are going back to their roots!"

i havent heard the subject of Linkin Park on the radio since ATS came out...sorta made me wonder..

It will be awhile be 4 LP fully goes back to their roots, i mean for example look at Staind their last album they went back to their roots
but after how many albums 3 or 4 albums, bands need to grow try different things out, and ill be the one to say i'm not into LP's new style but
i respect it and sometimes change is good, but Lp's new album will be very interesting how they mix the old stuff with new stuff.
