    I love how when the story about All Access revealing the new single was posted, some people were saying, "BULLSHIT. I DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT DOESN'T COME STRAIGHT FROM MIKE'S FLESHY LIPS." And now sketchy "leaked snippets" are popping up left and right, and everyone's all like, "SEEMS LEGIT."

    I'm not sure about him, but to me thats a great thing! I love the periods before Album release!

    Haha, good and bad. Good cause of all the album hype and bad cause of all the album hype.

    Also, I hope they start putting up those clips on linkinpark.com soon. Mostly so this fake clip going around will stop.

    For one, those clips will be spread out through the next two and a half weeks. Second of all, there will probably only be like 4-6 clips.
    Lastly, the earliest we'll get the first clip is later this evening since the bands filming.

    Not to misinterpret Chester's comments and pull a Kerrang, but I thought it was interesting how he said the "electronic melodies" and "high energy" set the song apart...almost sort of making it seem like it sounds different than the other tracks.

    I'd love if we somehow got an album where every song is different and has it's own identity.

    Oh, I know. I'm just hoping after a few clips from linkinpark.com people will stop thinking that "LEAKED" clip going around is the real deal. :lol:

    That's what album hype is all about!

    But, yeah, "a combination of their crackling, crushing past and their ethereal, electro-tinged present", hey? Sounds sick. :D

    It's no indication that there's more rapping on this upcoming album than there was on "A Thousand Suns". For all you know, this "Lost In The Echo" thing might be the only track Shinoda raps on. ;) Aside from that, though, Shinoda only gets better with each new album, so quality over quantity!

    You're right. I want an album in which every song sounds the same. Oh wait, we got that in 2000 and 2003.
