Yeah, we have to follow something like that.

0000 0000 = Probably means a DOT or SPACE in this phrase

We have some sequences in common. 32 appears many times. We have to figure out what the hell does it means.

And we will not have all pharse for now. These numbers just appears when a quandrant is available. We have 5 quadrants unavailables and 5 sequences unavailables.
