Tinfoil was a title for a song from the ATS era, as pointed a few pages back in this thread. Makes one wonder if it's the same track.

And Oneforty was probably just a working title, it could be a song that didn't make the cut or the song it represented changed title.

I liked Burn It Down, but it lacked the oomph of some of the other songs from previous albums. I hope that the songs on this album will be as high a quality of the others because, well, I don't wanna say they rushed this album, but it came out soon for them.

Well at least it seems as though there will be no interludes :D

i hope that its not rushed... i remember during ATS era during the MOATS that they would like to scrap the songs & replace it because they are not satisfied of the outcome of ATS.. so i think that this album includes some ideas during ATS.. just my guess.. :)

yep follows HT exactly which means to do so, Tinfoil would have to be an instrumental just like some of us speculated!

Some of us think Tinfoil is an instrumental and since it was a working song from ATS, it could be an interlude (I still say more likely an instrumental)

Inb4 proven completely wrong by the album itself. Speculation doesn't mean it has to be anything, it means you're speculating what it is. Could be completely wrong.

I'm just saying if it does follow HT like that then it would have to be, obviously I could be wrong but Tinfoil sounds like an instrumental name anyways

Could be a song about hearing alien radio signals in people's minds. You know, like Papercut.

“With a lot of things on this record, we just got more comfortable, more so than in the last few years, dipping back into some of the stuff that we used to do in the earlier days of our career.”
“I think there’s a lot of variety on the record. The songs on Living Things tend to be a bit shorter, kinda those firecracker, compact songs that people kind of imagine when they thing of the band.”-Mike Shinoda commenting on LIVING THINGS

I wonder if ROADS UNTRAVELED will be a redone version of No Roads Left...

Track names seem for the most part cool to me, I don't really see how anyone can make much speculation on what the songs will be like based on the names though.

I refuse to type these names out in all caps. haha My iPod has the album "Living Things" with "Burn It Down" inside. Not "LIVING THINGS".

I think the track names are pretty awesome. I liked a lot of the ATS track names too. Wretches & Kings, The Catalyst, Burning in the Skies, and Waiting For the End are all awesome. But Castle of Glass, In My Remains, Skin to Bone, and Powerless all seem dope.

And umm...Lost in the Echo is basically the best name they've ever had...period. ;)

Just in case anybody missed it:

-Third track title in ATS is Burning In The Skies. Third track title in LT is Burn It Down.

-Fifth track title in ATS is When They Come For Me. Fifth track in LT is I'll Be Gone.

    Notice the pattern.

The spin article said one of the songs had tribal drums in it. I don't think it was I'll Be Gone though. If it was, I could definitely see a WTCFM Pt. 2.
