http://kotaku.com/5937435/please-go...n-parkmedal-of-honor-promotional-campaign-end They kind of have a point, but I was laughing my ass off when they called Linkin Park Nu-Metal. Time to go through the article and defend LP. *eyeroll*
I was unable to concentration due to the capitalization of the word You. Also, stop "laughing" when people call Linkin Park nu-metal.
Like I said in the shoutbox: ''Wants this ''campaign'' to end, because there's too much... There have been 2 freaking videos... ''
Honestly. I'd rather not care about what Kotaku says. It's 'gaming journalism' and they've proven time and time again how much of a joke they really are. They're not very good and they're not exactly the nicest people either. Really. It's best to just ignore it because they're not exactly a reliable source or even an unbiased source.
To be fair to Kotaku, I had similar sentiments when I heard there was gonna be another tie-in with MoH and I still stand by what I said then. On the other hand, FUCK Kotaku. They are the Blender of game journalism and considering the mire that game journalism already is, that's saying something.
I don't care for Medal of Honor(not into games) and i resent Linkin Park choosing Castle of Glass of all the songs on the album to give the Medal of Honor people. It's like how i hated that Transformers chose Iridescent, my favourite ATS track to mesh with their shitty pretentious movie and ruined any chance of a good music video that didn't involve transformers. But you know what? Even if i'm on here many times, i don't really have the whole campaign and collaboration shoved in my face. In fact, because i don't care for it, i just avoid it and its easy to do so. If you don't like something especially when its on the internet, you can avoid it and never have to deal with it. So the writer of the article is just whining for the sake of whining since he could avoid anything they are attached to if he/she wanted.
Lol he thinks that Linkin Park wrote the song for the game... The dude needs to do more research. Also, how the fuck does Kotaku let this guy write articles for them if he can't even realize that the Y in you is not capitalized unless it's at the start of a sentence...
