Little Busters!! I don't actually keep up with new animes until I hear about how popular they are a year later, like K-On. So if you guys want to throw any trailers my way, I'd appreciate it. You probably already know this, Youtube has a G+ Hangout feature. If we can find some anime on there that hasn't been DMCA'd then an anime party could actually be feasible.
I do. They actually have some old anime on there that was officially uploaded. For free. As for user uploader there's *= haven't watched. *The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (2:14:43) *Fate Stay Night - Unlimited Blade Works (1:45:29) Rebuild Of Evangelion 2.22 (1:52:10) Fist of the North Star (1:49:25) Appleseed (1:50:02) *Clannad - The Movie (1:35:58) plus much much more. So there's plenty to watch via Hangout.
So how do you other guys feel about this? LPAnime movie night anyone? If so, we'll have to discuss what we want to watch.
Also whether to watch via G+ Hangout or just Youtube. With G+ I can set up an "Event" that alerts everyone when there's a stream with specific date, time, movie, live chat, theme, games etc. I can probably set it up whenever we decide if we want to go through with it or we decide what to watch.
It'd be kind of boring to just send everyone a link to the video we'll watch. With Hangout we can sync the video to all the watchers, and if we needed to we could chat in Hangout without confusing shoutbox chatters. You can get a G+ with a Google account, though if you absolutely don't want an account then yes, the host just needs your email address to invite you.
Yes. G+ Hangout has a "Broadcast to Youtube " feature. You do not need Google+ to view, only to chat via cam, voice, G+ Games, etc... You misunderstood me. I wasn't talking about a link to the a prerecorded video. That's no fun. I was talking about the Google+ Hangout Live Stream link. It will be In Sync for everyone. I was talking about setting up an "Event" to alert people on G+ when to get ready to watch. Yes, I plan to chat via G+ Hangout. Also I can stream anything on my computer, not just YouTube vids. I don't need an Email, I can send the link to anyone via IM. E-Mails are safer though, yes. If I'm to be honest, it would be better if everyone has G+ so I can make it private. Broadcasting to YouTube Hangout is a drag on my computer since it broadcasts to anyone who happens to come b the link, potentially 1,000's of people. I don't have bandwidth for that, especially not via WiFi. Also if you have any Google account already , it's super easy to use Google+.
I was just going off your comment, "whether to watch via G+ Hangout or just Youtube." It sounded like a choice between G+ and Youtube to me. But yeah, via Hangout would be really good.

It depends on the time. I mean... I live in Central Europe. ^^ And I only have a normal Google account (and don't want G+). :|
