I probably should have been more clear. I mean the ending of this video. Something really meaningful, the band walking off together and whatnot, with the quote. :D

Agreed, definitely their best video in quite a while. Really sad.

Is their best video since breaking the habit.
But i think is a very northamerican (USA lifestyle related).
In many countries we have the privilege of not to be in war all the time,so we cant understand completly the meaning of the video.
Sadly in the United states, i believe (maybe im wrong) every person knows someone or has a relative whom died fighting in some belic campaign.

I think COG must be last war related video from LP.
And the new mix is amaizing that kind of remixes is the first thing that i thought with the remix monthly thing not the mediocre remixes we got.

I don't know....I didn't really like the video at all. Maybe I have to watch it again, since it was the first thing I watched after waking up. The only parts I liked was when LP was shown.

I love this. It feels like it's connected to the Lost in the Echo video. Death, you know. Proud to be a fan of LP right now.

Powerful, extremely powerful video. Hit home for me, personally. By far one of my favorite videos now in quite a while. Gives the song another, deeper meaning to me.

    Almost cried, twice.
It's one of my favourites music videos, and I'm so proud of being a LP fan.

This video, unlike LITE and BID feels like it has some substance and emotion behind it. It's not over acted, the special effects were used well, and the band performance were edited in well with the story. For me, this is their best video since The Catalyst. I really like it

A really beautiful video. I like this mix more than the album version. It makes the song longer and gives it a more epic feeling.

An amazing and touching video... I feel this video finally captured the idea of a "more personal album" with Living Things

Thank you very much Linkin Park, Medal of Honor team and all the men and women who serve or have served their country.

I was curious aswell, but actually after listening to the acapella version a few moments ago I realized they both sing together all along after "Fly me up on a silver wing", so that explains why :)

The a capella is different than the album version. Chester's vocals are higher. It has been touched up or it's before Manny mixed the album.

Wow, that was more of a touching video than I would have expected. :') The CG was really good, too. Really takes me back to the days of Crawling's CGI... :shifty:

Uh, no, not exactly. I know plenty of people (including myself) who don't know ANYONE who is in the armed forces, let alone someone who has died in duty. So it's not something that every single American can personally attest to.
That doesn't mean I don't understand the video; I understood it perfectly well because the feeling was conveyed through the boy's emotions in his scenes combined with the song's actual lyrics. You don't need to have a connection to the U.S. Army just to feel sorry for the boy, or understand the cycle of death that war brings.

Best since The Catalyst. Although, I think more realistic footage of the soldiers (Like the one in the helicopter), in the second verse, would look better than the game footage.

But it's very short and doesn't make much difference after all.

The colour and lighting reminds me of Crawling. I love the ambient build up. Reminds of Reanimation. Favourite bit is when Chester grabs the piece of glass and the lighting changes and the storm clears up.

Best music video in a long time. BID was boring and LITE was hilariously bad.
