I would love more xero demos and hybrid theory demos. But I also wouldn't mind knowing if there were any more Reanimation demos, besides the points of authority one. If there are, they should put them on there.
I would love reanimation demos. That was such an under rated album. But what I really want to hear would be Grecian from the minutes to midnight making DVD.
Where? Doesn't seem like they'd sync up, tempo-wise. I always thought that if anything, "Just Drag it Out" always sounded more like it'd be vocals for this song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rIC_alc8mUo Neither were the majority of the tracks we've gotten on the past 3 LPU CDs.
Oh yeah, good find, it matchs perfectly! I could really be that. And about Grecian, yeah, I think most of us know it wasn't finished, but even then, I would love to have an high quality copy of the unfinished product, instead of what we have at the moment.
yeah I know Grecian wasn't finished but it still would be cool to hear the raw demo, see what its like in the process of becoming complete, you know.
What I mean is, and from what I can tell, all there is of Grecian is that little clip we have. I believe it was never developed into a full song.
Considering Grecian actually got vocals and live drums on it, I'd be shocked if it was any less "complete" than Yo, for example, which is literally just a beat, a looped guitar part, and a looped synth part.
The band has only said that they stopped working on Grecian to start writing Qwerty for Summer Sonic, and then they just never touched it again after that. So basically, they did work on the song, and it did have vocals and stuff like that, but it was just left unfinished, like all the 80% of the demos included on LPUX and LPU11 (LPU9 were demos for album tracks). I don't think the band will ever release it, but they could. They had so many songs and seeds and stuff for MTM they have a lot to choose from.
Yeah, I think Grecian has some sort of completeness to it considering the beat evolved around it in that clip we can hear. Also, it would be cool to hear some collision course demos. Considering they only spent like a week making that album I bet they have some sort of demo from it. Or other songs they mixed that were not the 6 that are on the EP.
LoL, he was probably drunk when he said that. Then again, the likes of Qwerty from that era might suggest otherwise.
The "heavy monster songs" quote comes from a question/answer session, dating from the ATS era. I doubt he was drunk there
