Tomorrow, the 18th of November, Linkin Park will be performing at the American Music Awards at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, CA. The performance will be broadcasted live on the ABC network at 8PM ET. The band will be coming off from their recent South Africa portion of the LIVING THINGS World Tour and will be ready to perform at their best. Also worthy of noting is the band's nomination for Favorite Alternative Artist at this year's American Music Awards so make sure you watch the entire performance to catch all of the action!

Fans speculate at the possible inclusion of LOST IN THE ECHO or the premier of new LIVING THINGS songs such as POWERLESS or CASTLE OF GLASS during the performance. Linkin Park is currently set to perform the "show-stopping" single CASTLE OF GLASS during VGA TEN on SpikeTV in three weeks. So what do you think will be performed tomorrow night? Discuss here at the LPAssociation!

UPDATE: Linkin Park reportedly will be performing BURN IT DOWN tonight

UPDATE 2: LINKIN PARK WINS FAVORITE ALTERNATIVE ARTIST. CONGRATULATIONS!

Having seen Lost In The Echo live, that would be a good song to play. We haven't seen Castle Of Glass live yet so I'm not sure about them playing that, but if they do I'm sure it'll be a good performance. Just as long as they play a new song and not Burn It Down again

I saw pics of the rehearsal, and they'll play Burn It Down, but I also saw one pic of Mike with a guitar, maybe they will play more songs.

Joe's haircut gets better and better. :kappa:

Joke. Of course he can do what he wants with his hair. Glad not everybody follows the trend.

BURN IT DOWN is a great track to play, its a simple song and the fans love it. Face it, LITE sucks live and so does In My Remains, so the only option would be BID or LGM (and for obvious reasons excluding the UIB opening for WFTE, VICTIMIZED and TINFOIL), but BID is a more commonly known track than LGM

I'd have to disagree with your statement. LOST IN THE ECHO is amazing live and the extended intro absolutely destroys live. However, I do see the purpose of playing BURN IT DOWN because the song fulfills a broader live audience. I don't think the band has performed a song with screaming live on TV in ages if ever in the US. The only other song choice would have been IN MY REMAINS (which isn't a single), POWERLESS, or CASTLE OF GLASS.

Well i would have to disagree with you there. Can you provide a performance where This song actually sounds great? Sure the intro is great and the instrumental performance is usually flawless, but Mike has his off days for this song and I have never heard Chester sing a good performance with powerful vocals. As for the other tracks, I am only including tracks they have played live, chances are they haven't rehearsed anything else, perhaps a bit of COG.

Chester hits the screams 100%. That just makes the song live fantastic. Plus, the energy in the raps and the instrumental is all there live. The extended intro only makes the energy even greater. To me, that makes it a perfect live song.
