Rise of the Guardians - 5/5. Fantastic movie. Very touching, and the fight scenes are surprisingly really badass.

Brave - 2/5. Visually stunning, but everything else....I don't know. It's just kinda boring. Not very clever either, like all other Pixar films. Almost ALL the jokes are solely physical humor. There's some heart surrounding the daughter / mother story, but not much.

    Movie 43 - 5/10

Really weird format. I think there was 12 different sketches all directed by different people, so it didn't seem consistent at all. Some skits were really clever and hilarious while some were just bad. There's a lot of possibly offensive and crude material, so if your jimmies are easily rustled you are not going to laugh at probably anything. Some great stuff in places, though.

Haven't seen 500 or Everything Must Go, but the other 2 are great.

    Jack Reacher - 2 out of 5
A really boring Batman Begins ripoff.

    Iron Man 3 - 3.5 out of 5
Both true to the comics, yet also the farthest from them. It carries less momentum than 1 or even 2, but I guess Marvel's playing it safe after The Avengers. I don't think the post-credits scene confirms as much as Philsfan believes it does. It felt slapped on just for the sake of having a post-credits scene to me. If it is indeed a foreshadowing of what I suspect/hope it is, then I am hella excited.

01.5 | Star Trek, 5/5 - How didn't I know that Star Trek could be so utterly badass? I've exaggerated the score a bit, but that's simply because of its complete badassery came out of left field. An awesome cast and fantastic visuals among other things. I think I'm ready for Into Darkness...

Kinky Boots- 8.5/10- True story about shoe factory that starts making shoes for Drag Queens to keep the business afloat. I was expecting more of a B movie quality but it was actually all really well done.

03.5 | Iron Man 3, 4/5 - It's true, Tony Stark is Iron Man, and Robert Downey Jr is Tony Stark, which is why the ending worries me. Iron Man 3 is awesome, I love it and I'd watch countless sequels - I want more. I loved the almost infinite supply of Iron Man suits during the finale. It rounds things off nicely, but ... more?

    Thanks, Jeff.

Might be nice if I change the title of the movie. ;)

Well, with all the Iron Man 3 posters out there, Tony Spark seems pretty accurate to say the least. :shifty:
