I definitely feel a lot better knowing that this is basically a Steve Aoki song feat Mike and Chester. In any case, it's really fucking catchy haha. Looking forward to the studio version.

I'm hearing a lot of BID in this (especially the synths that can be heard slightly). Do not like that at all.

Besides that, decent track that will surely advertise Recharged well. It's a nice single, but I'm guessing it's gonna be pretty forgettable.

Then again, this is a low quality version, I might like the studio version better (which I'm hoping for).

Some trivia for you all: It was actually LPA that leaked the pro-recorded audio of QWERTY (Live) in it's entirety :). We gained access to the unedited LPU6 professional recording of QWERTY (the live version) from an anonymous source, and leaked it months in advance of it's release on LPU. The myspace "leak" referred to earlier, was actually Mike linking to LPA for people to download it after we had leaked it.

I'd post the news thread where we leaked it exclusively, but people would necropost it to hell.

Yeah, in 2005-2006 we were responsible for two very high profile leaks: Remember The Name and QWERTY (Live). The first one totally caught the label and Mike by surprise, and I got quite a few "calls" about it. Although I could've had the pants sued off of me, in retrospect I find all the hubbub from it quite amusing now. That was back when the label wasn't trying to control our every move and force what we post etc...we try something like that now, and we'll get a C&D sent to us quicker than [insert dirty pun here].

    We did.

It was called the BURN IT DOWN POTATO RIP and we got Potatoed and Desisted by Warner Brothers. They were not thrilled.

Should have made homefries and offered to share it with Warner. They wouldn't have been able to resist and would have had a sudden change of heart. Cus Potatoes.

Well unlike most people that hear synths and immediately judge a song, I think its gonna be pretty awesome

Mike's rapping just makes me cringe now. Although I kind of like this new song. Sure hope it's a QWERTY/Blackbirds type one-off, though.
