I hated it back then, don't get me wrong, but in retrospect those problems look funny now...

So yeah. It's been some weeks now, but lately I've really experienced difficulties to concentrate. I feel like I can't think as deep as I use to, and I've got some troubles in ordering my thoughs/arguments/appreciations/whatever. It's just a weird feeling, like I was stoned on a permanent basis, and unable to think correctly.

Looked on the internet, and it linked me to discussions about either 1) depression 2) exhaustion. Problem is, I don't feel depressed at all, and I've got way enough sleep time

Actually, weird you mention that. Just last week I was feeling the same way. It's like a "foggy" mind constantly. I would have trouble remembering things that had just happened and I could barely think of what I was meant to say. I'd stutter a lot and I couldn't keep a conversation going because I would just draw a blank and couldn't think of what to say. Even with my close friends, I was having trouble talking to them. It's a terrible feeling. It's like you know your brain isn't working at it's full capacity and you want to shake it off but you can't. It could be sleep deprivation or as you said depression. As well, it could be anxiety, which I believe is what was happening with me. Something was happening in my life and it may have triggered that. Only a few days ago I started to feel better and could "use" my brain correctly again. Before, it feels like your mind is almost trying to tackle more than it can handle, if that makes sense. It's too focused on everything, and not focused on anything that matters. Do you understand what I mean? Try to calm down and slow down your mind and focus slowly. I had done the research like you did, and I found that it's something hard to measure. It's not really something your doctor could treat you for exactly, but hopefully you can get over it soon!

Yes, I understand it perfectly! Just quoted those parts of your post because they fit pretty well with how I feel right now.

As you said, I should try to calm down and not going parano or too angsty about this whole thing. But yes, it's difficult not to think about it though, since I'm remembered of it each time I struggle to get my mind clear, and that has been the case quite often recently. For example, while watching a movie some hours ago, I had to constantly think about what was going on with the scenario. And that was not an especially complex scenario or anything. Like, there were some pretty logic reactions from the characters, wich everybody would understand immediately, but I was like "Why did this guy do this?". I didn't get things that I would get instantly in normal times. And it has gone the same way with a lot of daily life situation lately.

And yes, also troubles remembering things that just happened. That "foggy" mind is damn annoying. Cool to hear that you're doing better now anyway :) I hope it will turn out the same with me, ah!

Question: Why when it's time to get out of your car when a song, you haven't heard in a long time, decides to come on? Do you just stay in the care until the song is done or just get out so you don't be late for work or school?

You stay in the car and listen to til the end... couple of minutes won't kill you (unless it's a really long song). also you can explain to your boss/teacher what happened. :)

More than that, it shows commitment. The fact that you're able see things through from beginning to end goes a long way to showing employers the kind of person that you are.
