LPA Monthly Mix-Up is an ambitious concept intended to showcase the massive amount of musical talent currently unheard among the Linkin Park fan community. Every month, we will be challenging fans to compete and show off their musical skills, using any and all tools available to them to create their entry. At the conclusion of each competition period, our staff will then go through each entry submitted, and pick our absolute favorite to be featured on the site as the "Winner Of The Month". To promote fairness, runner ups will also be shown, but only one lucky Linkin Park fan will walk away with the honor of being featured as the "Monthly Winner". Now that we have that out of the way view this month's theme below. Our official theme for the month of November 2013 is: FORT MINOR This month marks the 8 year anniversary of the release of Fort Minor's The Rising Tied. With that, we thought it would be a great time to bring back the MMU: Fort Minor style! Submissions this month may include mash-ups or remixes that must incorporate atleast one element from Fort Minor. Even though this is in celebration of The Rising Tied's 8 year anniversary, you are not limited to the Fort Minor tracks on The Rising Tied. Tracks from We Major and the Fort Minor Militia releases are up for grabs as well. We are looking for this month to be as innovative and as surprising as Fort Minor's debut and we have no doubt that our community can deliver just that! I did a remix of Remember The Name nearly 3 years ago... Fort Minor - Remember The Name (RostaSliwka Remix) I was making music for 2 years at the time, don't expect something amazing ) I'm currently working on A Light That Never Comes Remix, that's the priority

The rap lyrics from Mike don't match the beat at all, not even slightly. Totally different tempo. The beat is good, but I'd recommend reading up on how to beatmatch vocals to a beat. Your remixes will improve tenfold with that .
