The video was disappointing coming from the dude who made Gaga's "Born This Way" vid, but I found it oddly hilarious.
The music video makes the song a lot worse than it originally was. The fist 34 seconds of the video is just simply audible heaven, but then it cuts to Kanye foolishly rapping over a poor sample again. Oh, and the music video is okay, I guess. It's good to see artists showing off their girl instead of some other replacement "actress" in the music video, but that green screen background man. Makes me want to puke.
Yeah, it seems pretty half-assed, but, then, I don't like "Bound 2" too much so I'm not really disappointed or anything
KanyeToThe with the W. http://www.kanyetothe.com/forum/index.php?topic=571285.0 Pretty interesting, even though the film looks creepy (cults, man) as fuck.
Kanye's Yeezus show is influenced by "The Holy Mountain". Some of the parallels are discussed. or: http://consequenceofsound.net/2013/...alejandro-jodorowskys-film-the-holy-mountain/
Jodorowsky films are next level insane. The Holy Mountain and El Topo will change the way your brain works.
Well, I'm always up for changing the way my brain works. Anyway, I was inspired by that post to look up a video of "I Am A God" being performed live. Every video I've seen of the "Yeezus" show has amazed me.
