I remember when there was speculation the title of the new Linkin Park album was going to be LIVING THINGS. Everyone hated that title, me included. People started making up silly titles saying that even they are better than the title LIVING THINGS, and Derek himself said that anything the users make up would be better than that. Now I really don't have any bad feelings towards this title. Even if I did, as 11:54 said, there's nothing in a name till you hear what's behind it. In short, Filip, SHUT YOUR MOUTH.
LIVING THINGS is still a bad name. And how dare you tell someone to shut up because they have a differing opinion than yours. For shame.
Just looked at the site again. Did anyone notice the very tiny white stripe on the left from the LP-logo? Its a very small GIF-image according to IE.
i dont give a crap about the song title. sure its not the best name but dude when the song comes out, if you like the song, you're gonna get used to the name because you're gonna be clicking it on your ipod/phone/whatever for years. i did the same thing with living things too, i didnt care for the name. but that name has become something incredibly special to me. so idk man i just think everyone should chill about the name. also, rumors have been flying like crazy about linkin park and 30stm touring. the way the logo looks on the website, im thinking that 30stm's logo will be revealed next to it because the lp logo isnt centered. just a thought (and also holy shit what a tour if it happens)
If you zoom in the image, you can see that the bottom of the logo doesn't have a "continuation", the line just stopped there. There's no other logo in there, only the "new" LP logo, without the circle.
I was going to say exactly this. I tried to look closely at the bottom of the logo and check if the graphic continued to the right but it doesn't. Good shout.
still thinking theyre not going to be linked together, but 30stm's logo will be on the right where the gap is. a radio station in texas 'announced' a date for september fifth already. they said tickets go on sale on friday. obviously its not set in stone and it wont be until either band says so. but im kind of leaning towards it.
