Single again for TF4??? Could they just be focusing more on The Mall OST? or new album? I think its overkill already for TF's Franchise.... That would actually defeat the main purpose for LP6 since TF sounds need more electronic and synths stuff.. Then thinking on this new album gravitated towards to a more organic or raw kind of vibe into it...
Real talk, Daft Punk went Chic and wrote their best song since their Discovery days. If you meant that as a condemnation of the current music scene, you kinda failed at it.
i wasnt trying to minimize daft punk in fact i love what they have done with RAM (not only wit get lucky) i was trying to emulate carnosaur-mike
+1, made me chuckle But this is a hell of a track to just chuck out there. This to me, is the power they've been needing for some time.
I'd just like to take some time away from the Wolflink saga and just say.... ROCCCCKKK N' FUUUCKIN ROOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!! WOOOOO!!! .... Alright, as you were.
This single is meaner, louder, and more evil. I see Mike is really mad this time around since he said he's been on guitars for this album?
I can't get into this at all.... Even though it's not the electronic stuff and more raw rock, IDK, it's just missing something. The writing/lyrics is just cheesy, boring to me. The guitar solo bit is good for sure and Rakim's verse is decent (what I can make out of the lyrics). Probably my least favorite single from LP to date unfortunately. It may grow on me, but I doubt it will much. I've listened 10+ times and nothing is really that memorable from it.
who thinks that intro is in fact the outro of victimized or better said that intro should have been the outro of victimized hope my grammar is right in that one
Who'd knew that CM Punk would end up in a thread about Linkin Park's new song? Would this make Punk guilty all the same?
I certainly hope so, I won't be able to stomach the 25 minute snooze-fest we have at the moment! back on topic though.. Is it just me or does this song give off a Load era Metallica and Crusade era Trivium vibe?
I agree. The song really could have used a nice scream before Rakim and during the outro. Although I do feel as though Chester will improvise live quite well.
