Also, not sure if anyone noticed, but the artwork for the single is consistent with the artwork for the tour. No doubt in my mind The Hunting Party is the album name, which we may find out today. I feel like now when I go see them live if I don't leave the pit bloody I've done something wrong haha.

What is the video about?

 

Alright I have listened to this enough to give my judgement.

First time i heard it immediately thought of Sum 41(I mean.. listen to the songs "We're all to blame" and "Screaming bloody murder") but then i felt something different, like more SOAD kinda oriented Guitar riffs.
I liked it as first but didn't love it.
Then it grew on me(Just like The Catalyst) and now I can honestly say Linkin Park is back on the right track!
The best part of the song is the catchy ass Chorus, the amazing intro and outro - But without a doubt the highlight of the song is Rakim. Those verses are amazing and saves the song from lacking lyrical content.
I honestly couldn't ask for anything better than this.

The only little thing is the lack of screamed vocals, which seemed odd at first - But i will take this everyday over Chester just screaming Victimized.
The vocals add a nice contrast and for once they made a heavy song without any screaming.
Also, this song doesn't get boring(like alot of LT) after a few listens!

This is like the 3rd time you're doing this.

 

You overestimate the learning capabilities of the majority of the LP fanbase.

 

It's just a blank black screen as the studio-quality version of the song plays.

 

I prefer that than trying to get Shazam to work. I only heard the song because of websites posting articles about it with links.

Did ANYONE get this Shazam thing to work on Windows Phone? I couldn't.
edit - And I practically tried entire Living Things and 10 other songs

I gave up trying Shazam on my Android after it took literally twenty minutes just trying to buffer. That's also when I realized that LPU members got a special link, so all was good.
