Finally got around to seeing the last episode. For an episode entirely focused on character development, this is as good as it gets.
Pretty solid episode. Not as great as last week's episode, but man I loved the Beth/Daryl part. I liked that they developed Bob and Sasha a bit more, but the Maggie/Sasha part was a bit melodramatic for me. Although....COMIC SPOILERS Injured leg + kidnapped = uh oh
That just means there's a chance we get this panel on the show! Some interesting theories going on about Daryl too. Did he just go with the hunters or is he going to end up evolving into the TV version of the comic's Dwight? I could live with the latter.
poor Beth... i hopw she doesn't die the way Dale died in the comics, but it should be interesting if that happens
YEAH!! and it's bigger than ever! What are you rofl-ing about? it's one of the best shows out there and right now the most popular.
I haven't been watching, but did Daryl ever find out that Carol killed that woman and was banished from the group? Or is that just going to be another abandoned/pointless storyline.
Yes, Rick told him though almost immediately after the prison was attacked and now everyone is separated.
Rick told him, just before the governor destroyed the prison. I'm excited when Tyreese finds out. I don't know but season 4 centred too much on characters, I think. Last episode only daryl and beth, in the first half of the season two entirely episodes to the governor. I mean building up characters okay, but season 4 need more scence changes. The story is lacking on the kind of telling. I hope for a good season final. 3 episodes left.
Maggie is so set on finding Glenn, and she doesn't give two shits about finding Beth. That's just funny.
I don't get the beginning of the episode with Bob, Glenn and Daryl, anyone care to explain? That means that the scientist guy and the military guy are either dead or lost man, and that was the only fucking thread of sanity left in this goddamn series, the cure delivered to washington.
It was a flashback to Bob's days of being by himself. Abraham and Eugene are alive and well, don't worry. This show just sucks at pacing. And a comic aside, I've never really felt this until now, but I think Rick won't survive the war...
Comic talk. It's not really a spoiler but I'll tag it anyway. I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever that Rick will die long before the comic is over. I think before #issue 200 for sure.
Hmm. I don't think Dwight shot Rick with a tainted bolt, and that he shot in him knowingly in a spot where he could survive. Kirkman has been talking about how the book will be different after 127, so who knows? Edit: But it moments like that, among other things, is why the comic will always be better than the show. NO ONE is untouchable.
You were the one who started this thread in the first place. The ratings are huge, so yep, it's here to stay. And about the comics...oh my...that was quick.
ease up. i was clearly joking mate. ahah. i just haven't got around to watching yet, and the show hasn't been doing enough to pull me back in yet. i'll catch up soon.
