absolutely fantastic episode. my favourite so far this season. it even has, for me at least, surpassed the mid-season finale. just wow...i was shivering through the scenes with carol and tyreese. and the children....god damn....and the crispy zombies..a really nice touch bring on the last 2 episodes this season
http://insidetv.ew.com/2014/03/19/the-walking-dead-broadcast/ Family Friendly version of TWD coming to broadcast TV. LOL.
So Robert Kirkman did a Reddit AMA. And it was so awesome. And he really doesn't like Survival Instinct.
I liked the mechanics of the crossbow and going through the campaign with very limited ammo. The Merle bits were nice. The final level was enjoyable until the finale. Other than that... uh... yep. Speculation for tonight: I'm not buying Terminus being TV code for Alexandria. In the words of Admiral Ackbar, it's probably a trap for the hunters. I love what Telltale did with S01E02, I suspected that's what was going on but was never 100%, but if a group reaches Terminus and they're asked if they're hungry I will do a mega-facepalm.
So who will take Dale's classic line? And... I wonder if Andy Lincoln is prepping an angry letter for Letter Hacks?
I can't wait for the finale! i think rick is going crazy, by watching the promo, i don't know what to expect.
I use to be a survivor like you until I took an arrow to the abdomen. Mucked it was. Let the slow death begin.
I am very excited for the finale. Season 4 has been a great season. Hopefully, season 5 will be as good as this season. I just hope they don't ruin it with the season finale. Anyway, that Mary woman looks so creepy. I bet Beth was captured by one of the people in Terminus. I am wondering if Carl could actually get killed in this last episode. It would be a great call if they'd actually do it. It would be nice to see what would happen to Rick after this. Let's hope they do it!
AMC doesn't have the balls to let Carl die. But that's okay, killing Carl is far worse than killing Rick. Kirkman says the finale will be br00tl, so I'll trust that.
It will be. Kinda spoiled it by seeing one of the promos for the episode and Rick said " He's MINE!" inthat tone. Hopefully it's done tastefully. Well, as tasteful as brutally murdering and disemboweling someone can get.
Because Glen Mazzara wrote it and his writing deteriorated since the first half of season 3 (the season 3 premiere was his last great episode). Scott Gimple has yet to disappoint in any episode he's written.
Mazzara wrote some awesome season 2B episodes as well as season 3A. Then season 3B he must have gone insane because it quickly turned to shit. That said, Mazzara fixed Frank Darabont fuckery of season 2. Frank wanted the Rick/Lori/Shane drama to be on going. As well as the farm. He wanted Shane alive in the prison. Mazzara saved the show, imo. But yes, I dunno what the hell happened to make him put out the latter half of the third season. Do you see a pattern here? Showrunners burn out after half a season. More reasonable to expect Glenn would die than Maggie. That way she has to reflect on her previous viewpoint. She'll wish she were more open to taking pictures and recording special moments. She'll feel guilty that she did not allow that for Glenn or herself, and regret that she does not have any pics of him either.
