I think you should word the title and the post differently. It really does make it seem like actual audio previews are out. I wasn't going to listen to them anyway, but just saying.
No, I completely agree. Thread title is misleading. When it said Early Preview, I though a snippet was out I agree with this. Thread Title was misleading, but thats ok! These descriptions are nice! I just got hype for previews for a second
The actual article is titled as a preview. It's not my fault people automatically assume it's an audio preview.
You have to admit, though, that the thread title is a little misleading. However, that is no warrant to change it
Same, actually. Even though for ATS it was lurking not actually posting. Posting on LPL and lurking here
I should rename it to "Early WRITTEN Preview of Linkin Park's The Hunting Party via Loudwire [NO AUDIO] [EVEN THOUGH FUCK ALL IS MIXED YET BESIDES TWO TRACKS] [BUT YEAH, EVERYONE EXPECT AUDIO]"
If it's misleading take it up with fucking Loudwire who gave their article that title. The thread is just named after that. Damn those misleading bastards.
This sounds pretty amazing. No more bullshit previews like the LT saying "oh linkin park rock is back", WE FINALLY HAVE PROOF OF A HEAVY ALBUM. YES!
These descriptions aren't too bad but I guarantee the sounds you could imagine from what we've read are nothing close to what I or somebody else thinks. Track that I'm most excited for: Until It's Gone Track that I'm least excited for: All For Nothing
1. Until It's Gone is really looking to be the T4 song. It's already been mixed, it's a catchy mid-tempo song (radio friendly), it fits perfectly with the T4 theme of the humans thinking they don't need the Transfomers anymore, etc... 2. According to the article Mike said that they have 12 songs ready to be mixed and since GATS and Until It's Gone have been mixed already it's possible that there may be 14 tracks on the album.
That makes sense since Until It's Gone I can pretty much guarantee will be more radio friendly than most of the others. And they usually use a little bit softer songs for Transformers soundtracks (except New Divide).
'Keys to the Kingdown', 'All for Nothing' and 'Rebellion' looks promising for what has been said. Even though it doesn't really mean much. Anyway, I hope there isn't any more guests. I am not really into it.
I really hope we get to hear some screams from Chester.A heavy LP album without it would feel incomplete. That's the only let down for me in these track descriptions.None of them mention about it.
I don't mind if there aren't a ton of screams. The aggressive singing is what I'd rather have an abundance of - think the style of singing on the With You chorus for example (I'm not sure I would call this screaming?). That coupled with the "loud" style of the album will fit what I've been craving from LP for a while.
