This game has got to be one of the most frustrating games I've played recently. Post your scores down below.
Only go down when you absolutely have too. Try to only go left/right and up. Also at the beginning I usually choice left or right and only go one way until I cant so I can get a 128 as soon as possible

Build towards a corner. One corner (I do top left) should always contain your highest tile and use the other 3 slots in that row to build towards it. Assuming you do top left, never move down and try to make sure your top row is full before moving right so the top row doesn't move. Only move right with less than 4 in that row if you don't have a choice, and hope a 2 or 4 doesn't appear in that corner because you're pretty much fucked if it does. I have a high score of around 30,000 on the iPad version with no undo. Undo is for pussies.
Todd's strategy is right. My high score is in the 120,000 range. I got an 8192 tile...I haven't played the game in a while because it got too easy for me, and getting two 8192 titles would take at least 3 hours
