Damn, somehow I can't begin to be excited with the music from The Hunting Party. Although the UIG and Wastelands are what music I like the most, I can't feel hype at all. Just like two years ago, I was waiting for the release of LT, now in general I don't feel it. And strangely GATS I like most and like least fits my musical taste. Very strange... I'm waiting for the whole album, because I hope that eventually I will, however, pleased with the album.
Also if Wastelands is out yet (ok its not official btw), i dont have the feeling that i HAVE TO listen to it. Its like i am not interested in it
Are you talking about the album? The point is not that I don't want to listen to The Hunting Party, but I just don't feel the excitement as the release of previous albums. It is very strange for me because I like Until It's Gone, Wastelands (snippet for now) and Guilty All The Same, and I always felt the hype before the release of the album. Now this is not.
NO I Really Like to listen to THP , but , as you said, the excitement isnt there. Would it here, than i would listen to the Wastelands prewiev , but so i didnt :/ Dont know why, but the hype is gone somehow...
I feel the same. High Five! Too bad I don't feel the hype. It may come from the release of the album. We'll see...
So nobody's excited that the Tuscon show had the first time "Skin to Bone" has been performed in any capacity?
I've always wondered, does anybody share a similar list/taste to mine? My top 5 LP songs are; 1. No Roads Left 2. Guilty All the Same 3. QWERTY 4. Waiting for the End 5. Little Things Give you Away
It's a music video. For the song. It doesn't matter how much you think it sucks. I've actually seen it on the Top 20 list (online, not on TV), meaning they did play it.
I just found this out the other day. According to iTunes, all the songs on Living Things are labelled "Metal" as their genre. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm fairly certain that LT is not a metal album in any shape or form. If anything, it's truly a mixed bag of genres and sounds and that's a good thing IMO.
Genres are really vague ways of classifying music. That is really all there is to say. Especially with an album as diverse as Living Things, there is really no singular genre for it.
I'm buying HT on a Croatian website, but I can't really recognize the tracklisting. It's not regular, it has 7 more tracks, but can't find which one it is. 1-12 Standard HT 13 - High Voltage 14 - My December 15 - Step Up 16 - And One 17 - Carousel 18 - A Place For My Head (Remix) 19 - Part Of Me Maybe they just made a mistake? Or is it fake? Helpz.
