As much as positive confirmation would have been fun, as soon as I saw the first tweet I started expecting TurtleGuy to say the opposite. Sure enough.

Well this song does sound better than THP

And I love all three tracks from THP.

This just sounds EPIC as crap

Song sounds fine I prefer the songs from THP a bit more though.

Hey guys I just hadn't looked at this threat yet. That song is def not ALITS. The ALITS intro is sung more like a dark version of Iridescent, and it's more slower paced than this.

 

I'm happy this doesn't turn out to be ALITS.

Because I wouldn't have liked to spoil it, and because, yeah, it means we will get more music

Your description of it starting off like an ATS song and going into a shredding rock song made me think this was ALITS. I mean it fits perfectly into your description

 

Because I'm the only one in this thread that knows what the song sounds like. Why would I lie to everyone? That's messed up and I have nothing to gain from it.

 

Dark version of Iridescent? Holy fuck that sounds too epic.

 

Now the hard-hitting question, which song do you like better: The actual ALITS or the fake ALITS?

 

ATS blended with their newer harder stuff is probably gonna be one of their most amazing and intriguing albums. Just that clip from Wastelands got me super hyped. I don't think it's gonna have that "deep cinematic" bass though as it was from the preview and added in.

 

Well whatever this song is, I need it NOW.
