Shadow Moses is a great song, there were some nice screaming segments that are like what I'm looking for (for example the first "What's dead can never die!" line).
And The Snakes Start To Sing is awesome! The screams were pretty good, would've liked something a bit more intense though ( the screams weren't loud and hard enough for me - but I'm also not asking fr bear growls either). Think I will check out the rest of their discography, digging this band, thanks :D

Linkin Park was the band that got me into "heavier" music.
I would say after that i had period where i listened to these bands:
    System Of A Down
Bullet For my Valentine(Scream Aim Fire and The Poison is classics for me)
Killswitch Engae(Gets kind of boring fast but listen to some singles)
    Disturbed(same problem as with KE)

Other bands with screaming AND singing:
    Rise Against
    Celldweller
    Slipknot
    Story Of the Year
    The Fall Of Troy
    Architects
    PROTEST THE FUCKING HERO
    Deftones
    A day to Remember

The most brutal song I know that I actually like:

Judging by your descriptions, you might dig bands like Norma Jean.

Just some random, may be entire band, may just be a song

All That Remains - Two Weeks (or entire thing)
    Amity Affliction
Billy Talent - Most of their songs
Breaking Benjamin - Breathe (has a specific breakdown for a scream, other songs have some screams)
Digital Summer (Chasing Tomorrow, Now or Never, One More day, Suffocate, Counting the hours, Just Run, Hostage, Playing the Saint, Anybody Out There, Inside my Head, Something More)
Five Finger Death Punch (basically everything)
Flawed Element (think of them as LP Hybrid Theory time 2.0, no rap)
Memory of a Melody (Mask, Things that make you scream)
Uriah (not Uriah heep, local to LA, they might be exactly what you're looking for, some is much heavier but its all hard/heavy rock with melodic sound and clean and screaming vocals)

Yeah, or The Chariot, the craziest band ever! :D
This is the band Josh Scogin (Norma Jean's vocalist on their first album) founded after he left Norma Jean.

This is Josh Scogins new band 68 (since The Chariot sadly broke up):

Two things regarding Tool & screaming
    1. Sober doesn't really have any screaming
    2. But much more importantly, you completely neglected to mention:

I third Bring Me the Horizon. Amazing band.
Surprisingly, Thrice hasn't been mentioned. They're similar to BMTH in that the farther back you go in their discography (chronologically) the more aggressive they are. There's no screaming after "The Alchemy Index", so I would start there and work your way back.
Half of "Vheissu", in particular, is exactly what your looking for.

    Thanks for the suggestions :)

I See Stars has more of a post-hardcore aggression to it, I'm specifically looking for bursts of screaming in between clean or raspy vocals. Burning Bridges is really good, heard it before, I do prefer something more raw-sounding however.

Out of this list "Novice - So Temporary" fits what I'm looking for the best. It has really nice aggressive riffs and a good mix of screaming & singing. The vocal melody of the carries really helps carry the rage of the verse in an interesting manner. I really like this song, it's a shame it's only two minutes long :p

    This song is epic!

Their melodies are a bit random but I like it, I think I'll check out more from this band :)

Rueben - Really like the verse riff in this one, lyrics were a bit simplistic and although I liked the topic the delivery of the message didn't resonate with me

Letlive - Good screaming & really like the lyrics in the chrous, I really like it, however I wasn't too fond of the vibe I got from the verses of the song, it may grow on me though!

Shrine - Very nice! It's progressive and has interesting dynamics with shifts from melodic to harsh vocals, I like it!

Deftones - Already knew about this song and heard some other great screamers like:

    Engine No. 9 : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TAgg5OvCWFo
    My Own Summer : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XOzs1FehYOA
    Korea : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14ibQesmStE
    Lotion : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zzTxy9Haij0

These tracks from Deftones are exactly the kind of thing I'm looking for.

He Is Legend - I also really manly rasp, thanks for including this one! The breakdown is amazing, I'm checking out more from this band 'cause this song impressed me, great lyrics, vocal delivery and instrumental grittiness :)
