Me neither. I definitely don't want the standard now, as I hate albums without lyrics in the booklet.So, looks like it's LP.com deluxe, but not from LP.com. I'm not waiting so long or paying that much shipping.

 

Warner screw up my order and it will be delivered next month Thank you very f*cking much! At least I got digital copy in time.

 

I ordered my physical copy from Amazon.de (Amazon Germany) as it had the option to purchase and have it arrive within 1-2 days to the United Kingdom. They even had a delivery estimate of Friday 13th-Saturday 14th when I pre-ordered the album a month ago and even when they were preparing it for dispatch. However, last night I got an e-mail to say it had dispatched and the estimated delivery date is now Tuesday 17th. The UPS site where I can track my order estimates the end of Monday June 16th it will arrive - so it will take 4-5 days to arrive not 1-2 days like it states on their website.

I'll wait for it to arrive but if it does come on those days I am debating writing a complaint to Amazon.de due to forking out £5-£6 extra for International Express Delivery where it's supposed to take 1-2 days to arrive and instead it'll arrive in 4-5 days. Not good enough!

I see you are from Germany too. Did you get a shipping confirmation mail?
And how does the CD packaging look like? standard jewel case?

I got an email saying it will be delivered next month (at this point I freaked out), but no shipping info though. Thankfully, customer support was fast enough and package arrived a few hours later.
As for packaging, let yourself be surprised.

If anyone in the future is preordering on amazon.de: The autorip Feature is pretty good, I was able to download the album a few minutes after midnight, will pick up my physical copy later

Man, I really love that art book cover! I'm heading to Best Buy to pick up a copy of the album on Tuesday but I almost want to order this from LP.com now...

 

Yeah. I mean come on, 'exclusive packaging' .. Being an LP fan you can only imagine a MTM-ATS kind of thing.

Sigh.

 

When linkinpark.com says "Exclusive CD packaging featuring a 36 page art book including exclusive art by James Jean + song lyrics bound by a clear plastic o-card," I expect exclusive packaging. I didn't spend 28 bucks for a fucking jewel case.
