Transformers 4 is mind-numbingly exhausting.

BTW Todd's username is the best thing to ever happen to my life.

 

I expected it to be exhausting, not excruciating. Not to mention the 165 minutes. I don't regret watching it though.

I feel if Age of Extinction wasn't as long as it was it would of been received a bit better than it has. Michael Bay movies shouldn't be that long.

I just spent an hour and a half practicing singing and screaming. 30 minutes ago my heart was literally racing from the screaming, and now my head feels light and I feel super fucking mellow. I hope that's normal

 

My problem is, there's always someone in the house. Can't even sing, let alone scream.

 

Make it their problem! I'm home alone with my older brother, and I just walked into his room and told him I'd be screaming and singing for the next hour or two, so don't complain. Singing isn't even a big deal. Maybe screaming could get annoying, but still

 

I'm shy. Plus I'm pretty sure I suck at both.

 

Haha. Well, you never know until you try! A good way to practice is to try harmonizing to a song. So that it sounds like the singer and your voices are joining in the same notes while you sing. Also, you can blast the song on speakers and your (potentially awful ) voice is masked by the music

And hell, I thought my voice sucked until I started recording/practicing it. It still does in my opinion, just slightly less than before

 

You know what's funny, I noticed my singing got a lot better after I started screaming/growling along with my metal. Still not a great singer but I used to be horrid.

 

I don't sing in front of other people but I noticed I've gotten better throughout the years, I love singing and now I try to look for instrumental/karaoke versions to see if I can do decently without help from the track lol.

Some say I sing decent but I'd rather not believe that lol.. Also, good singing is not just about having a prodigious voice, is more being able to sing on key. I know friends and you can find artists out there who don't have excellent voices but they can find a way to make it work for themselves, singing in tones that are suitable for their voices .
