Sorry for getting so combative. I used to not mind tsundere as a character "type" but now I hate it with a passion.
Anybody seen this masterpiece?
I wholeheartedly understand. I haven't yet; it's sitting in my Crunchyroll queue and I just haven't gotten around to watching it! 0_0 If you say so! I think it's on Netflix, if I'm not mistaken. Also, I need those Linkin Park Nendoroids. *_*
The first trailer for the new Studio GHIBLI FILM When Marnie was There. (思い出のマーニー Omoide no Ma-ni-. Lit. Memories of Marnie.) Story:
Since this is a Free-For-All thread, I'll start off saying my favorites. Drangonball Z Bleach Inuyasha Full Metal Alchemist Full Metal Panic Death Note Soul Eater Is This A Zombie? School Rumble Chaos: Head Cowboy Bebop Samurai Champloo Sword Art Online FLCL Outlaw Star Noein Code Geass High School of the Dead Vampire Knight This Ugly Yet Beautiful World Kenichi Chrono Crusade Fairy Tail A Certain Magical Index & Scientific Railgun Moribito The Studio Ghibli films
Yep, mostly because the series has more than two or three genres mixed together in one, especially the elements of psychological.
So I'm not really an anime person but I just finished Sword Art Online and I really enjoyed it. Might try some others. I hear Attack on Titan is really good.
Attack on Titan is really good. The animation is really shit though. Sometimes it's like a slideshow... Still the story and acting make up for it. Sword Art Online is really bad though, shame on you. Well, if it gets you into anime... then I guess that's fair.
Hey guys, review of the Girl Friends manga in case anyone is interested: http://hoppedonpop.com/2014/07/13/girl-friends-manga/
Lmao I didn't think it was too bad! I'd never gotten into it because all I'd seen in the past was like Inuyasha. No offense to Inuyasha fans lol.
The first chunk of Sword Art Online was fun. Was less enjoyable when they upgraded to some elf-land stuff.
Just finished the first season of Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! And is one of the best animes I have seen, very recommended if you guys want to try it.
http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=867218 http://someoneone.blog116.fc2.com/blog-entry-8987.html Looks like it may be the end of Studio Ghibli. For Real... 2D animation is soon a dead art. :/
Eh, that was the epitome of misreported hyped up bullshit. Another article said that they were merely thinking about downsizing their production staff since they're one of the only studios around that have full-time staff. I'll have to look for the article that says that. But certainly not the end of Studio Ghibli. That happened as soon as Miyazaki stepped out of the picture. Edit: Found it. http://variety.com/2014/film/news/j...-short-break-not-imminent-closure-1201274707/ Shame on you for spreading misinformation, Jesse. Shame on you. Ouran and Sword Art Online are pretty great, glad to see you're enjoying them. I'd recommend Attack on Titan as well, it may or may not be right up your alley. While I'll admit that the ALfheim arc of Sword Art wasn't all that great, the same could hardly be said for the first half of that season or the new season, which is shaping up to be pretty interesting so far (though has a gaping lack of Asuna! ).
AOT is next on my list. I've been building my list on Netflix. Ouran is definitely a guilty pleasure though. It's just so goofy Also, How can they just remove Asuna? She's like, the most important character (well, second most).
Indeed, I just love me some Ouran. Haven't seen it in a while, so I might give it a spin for old times' sake. It's not like they completely removed Asuna, she just doesn't seem to be "plot relevant" as of yet. Which is a shame, because she seemed to be a good, strong character. And don't get me started on the whole damsel-in-distress plot in the ALfheim arc. -_- Lol. It seems like they're focusing on a different female character to star opposite Kirito for each arc, as they did before with Asuna and Leafa. I just don't see why that has to be at the expense of showing the other established characters. :/ Perhaps I'm jumping the gun, as we're only on episode 7 of the new season. We'll see.
