A new trailer for Joe Hahns "MALL" has been uploaded to the Linkin Park YouTube channel. This is the trailer that is shown at The Carnivores Tour on the big screens between sets.

No absolute release date has been set, so "Coming Fall 2014" is all we have to go by now. The movie is however released in parts of Europe such as France and Sweden.

Will you go see the movie when it comes out? Are you excited to see it? Come and discuss in our forums

*UPDATE* The release date has been set to October 17th. More info in this thread.

Oh hey, it doesn't say "A film by Linkin Park's Joseph Hahn" anymore. Good.

After the way the trailer song sounds in the trailer compared to the movie, I can't imagine it won't get a separate release. Looking forward to it.

Man Mall was an excellent movie I really enjoyed it and will definitely buy it on blu ray once it is released. Also after watching the movie I can't help but think...I really want a solo Mike Shinoda album. I think that would be amazing. That track at the end of the movie is awesome. All the songs in the movie are cool. Good watch/listen

Am I the only one concerned that there's no indication that awesome songs from the movie like Luna won't have proper lyrics? They sound too good to just have dananas (donna :p) and what not as vocals...

I'm concerned about that too but I'm really gonna wait and hear it all in full before I really judge. Ultimately, it's a film soundtrack and has to serve the film first and foremost

Here's to hoping. I guess it does need to fit with the film, but then again why would a song in a film have lyrics like "This is the first line here"? lol that is quite laughable. I can understand the 'donnas' though, some films have soundtracks with just 'ahhs' in the songs. I just really want Luna to be a complete song :D

Why do some people think the soundtrack won't get a separate release? I mean, Warner just slaps the name Linkin Park on the cover and they've earned a ton of money.

The script seems super weird. I like that.
And even through I am more than tired of the Michael Bay manifest going on lately, I still think the scene with the explosion looked epic.

I was pretty optimistic going in, but ... I can't really recommend it.

It seems like the film has a mucked up story line, with weird plot twists and distasteful moments.

One redeeming quality I can see so far is that the main character comes across as introspective, which may illustrate that there are messages of substance being conveyed throughout the film.

That, plus the fact that the film is directed by an LP member and is scored with some LP music has captured enough of my interest to be inclined to check out this film, I don't know that I will though seeing as some people have cited it as a waste of time :p

Looks like some psychological-thriller-ish going on here. Gonna watch it today.
