MONTREALITY released earlier today on YouTube an interview with Mike Shinoda where they ask him a selection of questions, starting from what kind of student he was, what are his favorite cartoon and video games, Fort Minor, even about the Eminem collaboration the fanbase has discussed much about. Also there is a great message for the youth (or people in general) towards the end. Watch the video below! I've been wishing for Eminem and Linkin Park colaboration for a while now. Hearing Mike speak positive about it in the interview is great. Holding my fingers crossed.
I do like this interview. I think it's interesting that Mike, depending on the topic, is either extremely elaborative or incredibly vague. He seemed tired in this interview, and I'm not sure if that's just a product of the interview or because he's touring or both. It's good to have reaffirmed the possibility of another Fort Minor album. This was definitely different in that there wasn't a whole lot of talk about the band or about The Hunting Party. I appreciated that, though. It'd be nice to have an in-depth interview like this with other members of the band.
Mike is tired as shit on this interview. He keeps rubbing his eye every 20 seconds. Although there were some good questions in this interview.
Great interview, atleast no question about the status of rock nowdays So , LP7 will be a collab with Eminem? Another Fort Minor album seems cool. ALso the messege at the end
I highly doubt Eminem would ever even consider working with Linkin Park. I feel Em would have nothing to gain from it. He's about to retire anyway, at least from making brand new studio albums. Features I imagine would still be around. Just don't feel it would ever happen.
He's nowhere near retiring. And if he can collab with Pink and that dude from .fun, he can also collab with LP.
Not to mention their manager hates Brad so much because he thinks every rock guitarist always gotta look like they are on cocaine...
I'm actually annoyed that the band did not hit back at full force after all he said about Brad. He sucks up to Mike and Chester and just downright insults Brad.
