    Maybe Shinoda's use of that string loop was a deliberate reference and homage to all of the past musicians who have done the same ... and we're only just beginning to understand

    There are still tons of people who don't realize that Believe Me's sample is from GarageBand. Some are these people are big fans of LP too. :shrug: That was just me being difficult. I'll just drop it.

    I think the biggest rip off that you can hear is from a very old BMW commercial which rips off Faint. Luckily it is not deleted off of youtube yet, the bad news is that it is set to private by the author of the video, and I can't even see who the author is to ask him to take off the privacy of his video...

    What the hell did they do? That sounds horrible.
