This finale was like the polar opposite of a typical season 3 episode. Zero filler. What a diverse and exciting season this was.
The last 4 or 5 episode have made me do a complete 180 in regards to how I feel about the show. Not gonna lie, I was cheering when Beth died, just because she was a terrible actor and the show was boring, but now I'm extremely invested in the characters and story. I feel about how I did in season 1 and 2. Hopefully the show keeps this momentum going. Also, my boy Rick's door is now wide open
I disliked most of the first half of the season other than the premiere, the episode where the Hunters were slaughtered and the Beth episode (the Abraham episode was alright). The first few eps of the back half felt like wasted potential, but Alexandria's storyline was consistently good. Season 4 still blows this out of the water, but if the momentum continues, I'm optimistic about season 6. I agree with you about the diversity of the season, but I'm not sure about the "zero filler" thing. The finale relied too much on coincidence and was kinda stretched. I didn't expect it to end with Pete's death instead of the impending battle with the Scavengers/Wolves, but I like how they're setting up the bad guys.
I disagree on it being stretched, though it did rely too much on coincidence (as this show always does). I'm even sceptical about the amount of walkers out there. How the hell are there so many of them in these woods? Where the hell did they come from?
Another issue I have with the show is how often the zombies teleport, particularly how so many zombies showed up when the prison was destroyed. Maybe most zombies were in the woods because survivors stayed at the woods and died there. Another factor is that the Wolves killed them.

Bad news: Telltale announced season three of the video game won't be released in 2015 Good news: Something else is on the way, either a DLC like "400 Days" or their announced "super show" that melds television with a companion game http://www.ign.com/articles/2015/05...2015?utm_campaign=fbposts&utm_source=facebook
Official season 6 comic-con poster I know Ross Marquand (Aaron) and Alexandra Breckenridge (Jessie) will be regulars next season (and most likely Lennie James as Morgan), but does that mean Tovah Feldshuh (Deanna) and Austin Nichols (Spencer) will be regulars as well? Spencer I understand (he has a lot of story in the books) but I'm not sure Deanna could make it that long. I mean she's probably gonna die early season 6 (no spoilers, just my prediction). AND GLENN HAS A BEARD HAHA

http://www.ew.com/article/2015/07/2...erritt-wever-ethan-embry-exclusive-first-look Merritt Wever has been confirmed as Dr. Denise Cloyd, a fan-favorite comics character, while Ethan Embry portrays Carter, who appears to be a mix of several characters from the comics (but I guess it would be comics-Nicholas, not douche TV Nicholas).
So, has anyone watched the 1st episode of Fear the Walking Dead? I myself have not yet done so, but I'm surprised that no one here is discussing it.
Didn't get to catch episode 1 because of studies. But I did get to see this new opening, with the music composed by Atticus Ross. Honestly I think the original show should adopt this kind of intro, so that they won't just include 1/2 of the main cast in the opening credits.
It was alright. Pretty much what I expected. Hoping it picks up a little and that the characters become more likeable.
Not as good as the season 5 premiere, and it kinda sucks how the downplayed the stuff straight from the comics (and the over-reliance to coincidence, ugh) but it's ok so far. I'm only cautiously optimistic, however.
