After months of ambiguous rumblings from various social media accounts, it appears that Fort Minor are finally set to return. Most recently the official Fort Minor Twitter account published its first tweet yesterday, which gives credence to the news that Mike Shinoda's hip-hop / rap group have returned. Fort Minor are advertised to perform for Conan this June 22nd at 3:30PM in Los Angeles, CA and tickets are available now. The performance is also being listed on TV Guide for the Conan show that is set to air June 22nd at 11:00PM on TBS. Not much is known about the performance as it is still yet to be announced by Fort Minor. There has also been no new music released either, but it looks like that could change in the next few days. This will mark the first time Fort Minor have performed since August 13, 2006 at Summer Sonic Tokyo, making it almost 9 years since the group took the stage. UPDATE: A day after releasing their first tweet, Fort Minor also released a brand new Instagram photo. Perhaps new artwork for an upcoming album? Discuss! Source: Conan via DystopianBy, Fort Minor Instagram
On the conan website, under fort minor, it says this, "We love Fort Minor so much, we started a tribute band called Underage Citadel, we don't want to brag but we're pretty terrible".
