Hopefully he's prepping for the performance! Though it does seem early in the game to be playing another new song
Even when the track list was first revealed, Invisible instantly made me think of a Chester led pop ballad (à la Powerless), so I guess I'll get to see if my gut instinct from a single word was right. Haha me too. I'm pleasantly surprised.
Yeah they definitely have to be premiering Invisible. First of all, that picture pretty much proves it. Also, this album cycle has already been crazy different so I'm not surprised they're doing something like this. And Mike said on one of the radio interviews (forgot which one) that LP has a lot of surprises planned before the album drops. The way he said it was like "just wait...". If they do premiere Invisible I wonder if it'll just be the live performance we'll be listening to on Youtube for a while or if they'll release the song this Friday or something as a single. Although, that is VERY quick to release a second song. Heavy is barely two weeks old! Also, does anyone understand how to read that piece of paper Brad is looking at? Can you translate it to chords on a guitar so we can figure out how it sounds?
I'd be surprised if they premiered a new song tonight, although they did say they had some surprises up their sleeve.
And also do you guys really think they did all these rehearsals just to play heavy and some classics? I think it would fit for them to play atleast one more song off OML
Considering how inventive they are with their mashups/different versions of songs, I can totally see rehearsals being for classics.
True but I don't know I have the feeling that they are going to do some surprises for the next live shows
In this thread: People who don't know how to use Google. The Late Late Show starts at 12:35AM EST. That's Eastern Standard Time, also known as the timezone of New York and various other states. Since people don't know how to Google, that's 11:35PM CST (Central Standard Time, home of Texas unfortunately), 10:35PM MST, 9:35PM PST. In the latter Time Zones, the show does not actually air at the same time as EST and CST as it wouldn't be the Late Late Show if it was at 9:35. For those time zones, everything is shifted so that the Late Late Show starts at 11:35 local. This doesn't matter if you're going to be illegal as fuck and stream it online anyways, so whatever. For those of you outside the US, use this handy dandy link to figure out what time it will air for you. Like most talk shows, they don't have musical performances first. We do not know when in the show the band will play. Deal with it.
