Ok, the guy on twitter is lying. I found a video of the crowd clapping and singing during Castle Of Glass and Talking To Myself
Disappointing set Removing 2 personal highlights for a mumford and sons song. Points of Authority is pretty epic though.
They BETTER not remove SIB on the October dates. Normally I'm not one to complain but they played the same song twice, what an absolute joke. Mike also said that they would not replace the old songs with the new songs, which determined to be a lie. The set was already way worse than the Carnivores set and it's getting worse.
I think they made some major improvements tonight. The last tour still has a better set, but this one is good and fun
I don't mind the set but would leave out Battle Symphony and Heavy and put something more energetic. And Crawling piano version? Noooo. Ok, I was looking at the wrong setlist obviously, there's no Battle Symphony.
They played Papercut, yes. Was amazing performance, atmosphere during OML is absolutely incredible. And the crowd was fantastic regardless of the song being played. Of course it is louder with HT and MET tracks but it was in no way that we were silent. Band enjoyed themselves also. I think Chester joked after playing Sharp Edges with Brad that their first performance of that song together was like seeing boobs for the first time. xD
Because I'll be at show in October. This is the only band I do this with. I hold them to higher standards then most bands and they could be doing so much better. And normally I don't complain about set lists but this is a massive downgrade from Carnivores tour and it's blatantly noticeable so I'm going to call it out. (And I like OML)
