Linkin Park moves on to Clisson, France for Hellfest 2017!

Tonight will mark the band's 18th performance in France, and second on this tour as the band performed in Bretigny-Sur-Orge just 9 days ago on June 9th. However, the band has never performed in Clisson before.

Well, as there's no history to discuss in Clisson, let's take a look back on the One More Light European Tour so far. The band started off in Bretigny-Sur-Orge on June 9th, where they played a 25 song set pretty much identical to the one they played on their South American Tour in May. They kept the same set on June 11 in Prague, but their headlining show in Berlin the day later was full of surprises. The band opened with an acapella version of "One More Light", threw out "Battle Symphony" and debuted "Nobody Can Save Me", added "Sharp Edges" to their encore, replaced "Somewhere I Belong" with "Points of Authority", and added a verse from "It's Going Down" to the end of the "Castle of Glass" Experience. Phew. Solid amount of changes for one night. Check out the live debut of "Sharp Edges" below.

From there, the band went on to Nickelsdorf for the Nova Rock Festival. The band played a shortened version of their festival setlist, dropping "One More Light", "Waiting for the End" and "Battle Symphony". Next up was Krakow, where the band played their festival setlist, with a few changes. "Nobody Can Save Me" was back in the set, but the big return was "A Place For My Head", which was played for the first time since September 2015 after it won a Twitter poll organised by Mike. Machine Gun Kelly also came out on "Bleed It Out" to perform a verse from his song "What I Do". Check out a video of the performance below.

The band's last show was in Milano, where the band headlined the third day of the I-Days Milano Festival. The performance was streamed on the festival's website about an hour after it began. The performance was uploaded to Vimeo as a series of videos about 30 minutes long, but as of right now they are unavaliable due to privacy settings. The band blew through a 24 song setlist, opening with "Talking to Myself" and closing with "Bleed It Out" with a verse from "Reading My Eyes", without too many surprises other than that along the way.

    Hellfest,
being a primarily metal festival, might inspire the band to deliver a bit heavier setlist, but as this tour has been full of small changes, there's really no way to know what the band will perform.

Are you attending the show tonight? Well, take a moment to sign up to our official meet up thread, and discuss the show in our forums!

Lots of metalheads are complete dicks though, so I hope LP plays the same set list but swaps out APFMH for "It wasn't me"

Actually, the only persons in the world that knew the next album was going to be a pop one were LP. So, if we have to blame someone, we should blame the band. The festival
organizers didn't have a clue of how OML would sound.
    Could be true actually :(

I wonder if they will throw anything on stage and at the band. Those metal heads are dangerous and crazy because I've been to a couple of metal concerts and they do stuff like that if they don't like something. They don't care if they get kicked out or the band presses charges lol

They probably booked them BEFORE they knew the direction of the new album considering their last album was a metal album. If I remember right, the Hellfest lineup was announced before Heavy was even released which means Linkin Park was probably booked way before that.
