Fuck, season 7 needs to hurry up. I have so many questions. Will the stupid Sand Snakes die? Will King's Landing be renamed ''Tommen's Landing?'' because he, the king..... landed, quiet hard. Will Jorah find the cure and get into Dany's pants? Will Jon learn that he is a Targaryen who is lucky enough to have black hair instead of silver hair so nobody(including him) knows? Will Hodor appear as a White Walker? Will The Hound and The Mountain have the ultimate fight? Will Breanne and Jaime bang? Will Jaime betray Cersei because of how she's basically the Mad King? Will Arya kill more people on her lift? Not many left. Will we see Arya's direwolf again? Is there an ice dragon trapped inside The Wall? FIND OUT ALL THIS AND MORE IN SEASON 7!
It was a solid episode. It didn't wow me, but it wasn't really trying to. It's setting up what's to come. I guess I was expecting something a bit more eventful since there are only 7 episodes this time around. I guess that means some of the episodes going forward will be a lot longer than usual. Reportedly, one is 90 minutes long.
On one hand. Pretty good episode. On the otherhand, I read every episode this season was gonna be a "Hardhome" This episode was not a Hardhome. And with a shorter season, and only 6 eps left, they need to forgo setup episodes and put the petal to the metal
That's a good question. I'm not really digging the show Euron. In the book, he is a huge, formidable man, an eccentric with something wild about him. Though the actor's performance is fine, the character looks like a toned down imitation of that.
Some of the dialogue felt too rigid (at Dragonstone especially), but this was a very eventful hour... if we have a look. – Randyll Tarly is (apparently) convinced by Jaime to fight for Cersei, who hopes to kill Daenerys's dragons with a big crossbow – Samwell tries to heal Jorah after learning who he is – Daenerys and Tyrion present their plan to besiege King's Landing with Dornish and Tyrell troops and send the Essosi armies to storm Casterly Rock (HOLY SHIT) – Missandei and Grey Worm hit a home run – Jon decides to go to Dragonstone after being invited there by Tyrion and learning from Samwell that there is a mountain of dragonglass there, leaving Sansa in charge of the North – After having a reunion with Hot Pie, Arya learns that Jon won the North from the Boltons and sets off to Winterfell; is found by Nymeria (or another direwolf?) – Yara hooks up with Ellaria before their fleet is stormed and set ablaze by Euron, who kills 2/3 Sand Snakes (high score!); Theon jumps into the sea because fuck the world And some filler: – Dany confronts Varys who promises he will be a good boy from now on – Olenna tells Dany that she's a dragon, not a sheep – Jon plays the role of jealous big brother against Baelish
Damn, Euron fucking killed it @Robert i guess The..."Reeks"ons move was the only reasoable in the situation. He couldnt have acted against him and all his soldiers.
Complain all you want but Euron would have totally gutted Theon in a second. His trying to be a hero would not have helped anyone and he could have died along with Yara, had he tried anything. At least right now shes only captive and not dead. He did the smart thing by bailing, he can now tell Danny what happened.
