Mike continues to wrestle with the idea that maybe Linkin Park is best left in the past through his lyrics.
Not sure how I feel. It's definitely better than About You and Crossing a Line but none of these songs move me the way that Fort Minor moved me.
Damn, what a banger. The beat, the whole backing track is ace. And that outro is perfect. I was sceptical that Mike would sustain high quality over the course of a whole album on his own at first. But now, 7 tracks in, so much more optimistic. We love you Mike.
Yeah this is a banger. Can't wait for the album. Excuse me if I'm being dumb, but who's the third guy that appears briefly in the video?
The longer the promotion for this album continues, the more I realize I don't care what form it comes in as long as this man keeps bringing music to the world. I can't believe how every song creates a totally different vibe without sacrificing any integrity or quality. I'm as excited for this album as I would be for a new LP album. Mike you've fucking got this man.
That makes me kinda sad every song has a part where he struggles with Linkin Park´s future... But I love this track
To be fair, in About You Mike says that maybe he should've stopped making music for good, and he's saying that in a song So I wouldn't panic about LP's future right now, cause Post Traumatic lyrics seems to be all about the feeling-of-the-moment
Well to be fair, in his shoes...wouldn't you? The band lost a one of a kind vocalist. That's hard to know what to do .
It's amazing that every song on that album is so vastly different, but still they somehow go together well. Running From My Shadow is awesome, especially the chorus and the outro. But I really hope we're wrong that the lyrics are about Linkin Park. I hope they'll find a way to continue, one day.
