In the press surrounding Meteora's 20th anniversary, Mike has confirmed he has two songs on the Scream 6 soundtrack which is due out in March. The first song he has confirmed is a solo song called 'In My Head' that will feature Kailee Morgue. The second track Mike is being a little more secretive about, but recent listings indicate that it could be a song called 'Still Alive' that is a collaboration with Demi Lovato, as Mike has been spotted as a writer on the upcoming track that's set to be a single from the OST. Scream 6 is set to hit theaters March 10, 2023. When we have confirmed release dates and more information on the songs with Mike we'll update the LPA with the details. Interesting. Demi Lovato? That's one singer you could get a gritty, raw sounding song from, I'm very curious, hope it's a full vocal collab and not just songwriting credits.
Demi's the lead artist, and I'm pretty sure Shinoda won't be a guest on the song - just writing and production.
Demi will be responsible for some controversy sooner or later, and Shinoda's name will be safe from it thanks to that bit of distance
