Love to hear this, this is how you pack a lot of variety into songs that are 3 minutes or less.

Hey all! I haven't posted here since the days of THP, and I just want to say it's good to be back. I still can't believe we are witnessing LP songs, live performances again.. is this real?! I'm so happy to see Mike smiling again, with the rest of the band, Emily and Colin are great additions! I love Emily's vocals and her energy on stage is just contagious.

In regards to From Zero, I'm looking forward to, well... all of it! TEM, HITC and OEO are phenomenal and superb as singles. Overflow has really caught my eye though, but I'm more than sure I'll be listening to the whole album non stop. I've pre-ordered the CD (The bundle is out of stock, Still! )
I'm so excited for the future of Linkin Park, and to be back here discussing it with all you guys and gals. much love

Welcome back! It's such a great time to be a Linkin Park fan and to see all the old faces coming back through!

Mike and the guys seem so happy and upbeat. I haven't seen Joe Hahn this smiley in years I feel like.

Thankyou so much! Oh I know, back to the good old times haha :D
I don't know if anyone will remember me but that doesn't matter.

They really do seem upbeat and full of Energy, Mike never seems to age so this could go on forever! Yeah, I think from the things I've read, Joe seems to be the catalyst to them continuing, now I know they all had to agree, but I think Joe ignited the spark again, he seems ecstatic, and his direction in the videos, the samples and scratches are all back in force for this album.
I'm so happy for all the band, and us LP fans :D

I won't name which songs, but there are songs on this album that are soooo nu-metal, beyond anything LP has ever done, that I burst out laughing. Mr. Hahn's scratching made me think of Sid Wilson at some points. And, lastly, there's a little obscure reference in one of the interstitial moments between songs that I also liked - these are all things that made me smile

Aie aie :sweating: Not sure if that will please everyone ahah

I'm fine with it. Nu Metal hasn't been my cup of tea for a while, but there are a few bands I really like that have been, at one point or another, linked with the genre - Deftones, Incubus, and Slipknot. Also loved the 2020 EP from Bring Me The Horizon.

Curious how LP can play with that sound in 2024!

    OMG OMG OMG

This is what I neeeeeddddd! (but, I must say, if you were to affirm that every song of the album is like whatever genre you many name, I'd still go a million for it) (I'm discovering that for 24 years I've held a complete loyalty for these people) (I'm home)

I would say there was one VERY nu-metal song, which did make me laugh too. It sounded like a parody LP song to me lol but I'm sure fans of that era will love it. It was enjoyable but definitely won't be one of my favourites.

Everything else sounded pretty fresh and interesting to me. Looking forward to the post release discussion!

It's been a while since I last posted here! Overflow certainly piqued by interest the most.

Also I'm glad that so many old timers are still hanging out here. I was genuinely surprised that LPA is still functional cause this is the first LP community site that I immediately visit when From Zero was announced.
